Very poor experience unfortunately. The mechanic (James?) came to look at my car on Tuesday evening, and wasn't able to confirm exactly what the issue was. We verbally agreed that he would come back on Friday to collect the car, get it into their garage and take a proper look. He never showed up on Friday and there was zero communication in the meantime. I received the billing receipt for the diagnostic callout, and the vehicle had been marked as repaired, including a diagnosis (I have since had the work done elsewhere, and the diagnosis was incorrect).

I flagged this with ClickMechanic directly, who simply forwarded my message on. I have not heard back from either the mechanic or ClickMechanic nearly a week on. Very disappointing service, feels like a total waste of a £90 call out fee. I was really, really unsure about using ClickMechanic especially when the money came out but my car had not been collected. James made contact soon after and said he would there in a two hour slot which he was, he took the car and repaired it and rang me about a bold tyre at the front, I said yes to replacement. He rang to say he was bringing in back but shortly after rang to say he didn't like the feel and if he could keep it to take a look, he did and found out the tyre was different so replaced it with the same as others.
Highly recommend JKS Autos and James, finally found a mechanic that can be trusted, THANK YOU 😊.
