How We Assign Your Car Repair Booking
All bookings are sent out to both mobile mechanics and local garages that operate in your area. The job will be picked up by an available mechanic or garage that is qualified and equipped to carry out the car repair or service you need.

This allows us to match you efficiently with the best option, whether you're looking for a mobile mechanic or a garage with collection and delivery.

If Your Vehicle Is Drivable
If your car can be safely driven:

Garages offer a free vehicle collection and delivery service, so you don’t need to travel or wait around. Your car will be picked up, taken to the garage for the repair or service, and returned once the work is complete.

If the job is suitable, a mobile mechanic can also work at your home, workplace, or roadside location — ideal for convenient vehicle servicing or diagnostics.

If Your Vehicle Is Not Drivable
If your car is not drivable and cannot be driven to a garage:

If a garage takes on the job, a car recovery for a fixed £70 recovery fee may be applicable, which covers transporting your vehicle to the garage for repair.

If a mobile mechanic accepts the job, they’ll aim to complete the work at your location, as long as it's safe and the type of work is suitable for roadside repair.
