How much do diagnostics with ClickMechanic cost?
• All diagnostic inspection type products have a fixed price of £80

How does the £50 refund scheme on diagnostics work?
• You will receive a £50 refund from the original diagnostic fee if the required repairs diagnosed by the mechanic are booked and completed through ClickMechanic

What happens if the mechanic who diagnosed the additional work can’t do the follow-on work?
• You will still receive a £50 refund even if a different mechanic on the ClickMechanic network completes your follow on work. If the work is completed outside of the network, you will not receive the £50 refund.

What happens if I don’t want to go ahead with the follow-on work?
• That’s totally up to you, if you don’t go ahead with the additional work diagnosed by the mechanic you will not receive the £50 refund.

Is the refund processed when the follow-on booking is placed or completed?
• Refunds are only made after the additional work booked is also completed

Is there a minimum price the follow-on work needs to be to be eligible for this discount?
• Yes, your additional or ‘follow-on’ work must have a minimum price of £50 in order to be eligible for this discount.

When will I receive my refund?
• Once the ‘follow on’ work has been completed, your refund will be processed within 2 working days from completion and then it typically takes 5-7 working days for the money to reach your account (this can be different depending on your bank).

My booking changed from a repair to a diagnostic. Am I eligible for this discount?
• In order to be eligible for this discount, your original booking must have been a diagnostic, if your booking changed then, unfortunately, you will not be eligible.
