Up to how long before a job can I cancel my booking?
We understand that plans can change, so we aim to keep our cancellation policy as fair and transparent as possible.
If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee is charged by the independent mechanic and is outlined in our terms.
In cases where a mechanic accepts your booking, and the appointment is scheduled to take place within the next 24 hours, we provide a one-hour grace period from the time the booking is accepted. During this one-hour window, you can cancel free of charge or request an alternative mechanic.
If this one-hour period has passed, standard cancellation fees will apply.
