In the first instance, if you are unhappy with the work/s the mechanic carried out, you should open a resolution case via your ClickMechanic Dashboard. Simply select the relevant topic from the ‘Actions’ dropdown menu, fill out the details and click ‘Send’ - our Customer Service team will then be in touch to assist you.
Please do bear in mind the independent mechanic can also view the comments and respond.
We will make a decision as to how to continue, based on the information provided by both customer and independent mechanic.
