What is the Resolution Centre?
If you have problems with a booking you should manage this through the Resolution Centre. It allows you to communicate direct to your mechanic allowing both parties to come to a resolution. If for whatever reason you can not come to a resolution ClickMechanic can help mediate the process and this can be requested in the Resolution Centre. Once a resolution is found then ClickMechanic can process a refund on the behalf of the mechanic.
Direct communication between customers and mechanics is the best way to get to a quick resolution when you encounter unexpected problems with your booking and want to get it resolved. Furthermore two-way communication between mechanics and customers is key to a successful resolution.
What the Resolution Centre can help with

- Raising concerns and getting resolution about work
- Cancelling bookings
What the Resolution Centre can not help with
- Making alterations to your current booking (what work will be carried out, dates etc)
- Reporting personality conflicts, or personal concerns about a mechanic or customer
