Ion was fantastic - fixed my wife's beetle, was polite, friendly and really knowledgeable, replaced the upper struts mounts and it now drives perfectly.

Yes, I booked this on a Saturday and the job was assigned quickly to be done Sunday afternoon! Mechanic was friendly and got the job done, even mentioned other work that would need doing in the future but not urgent just to make us aware which I thought was very helpful. All done outside my house to save taking it to a garage. Very pleased.

Ion diagnosed the problem straight away and installed the new starter motor in quick time, he then tested it out several times and it’s all appears to be working fine.

Arrived next morning fitted all discs an pads. Car back on the road just got to bed the brakes in now.

Ion went above and beyond for me.

He communicated prior to the job to ask if the time suggested would be okay. He let me know on the day that he was 1 hour away then again when he got here.

He came across a stumbling block on the job which required slightly more work but explained what needed to be done (after showing me the issue) and he cracked on with the job.

Cannot fault his work and his attitude.

I would definitely use Ion again in future and can recommend him.
