Nadim was very knowledgeable, unfortunately wasn't able to fix the issue but did diagnose so I knew what was wrong and if I could use the car.

Nadine was very knowledgeable thorough and reassuring, he started my van where the mechanics of my breakdown service could not, and he gave me good instructions of what to do if I had the same problem again, and it worked!
One thing that I would like the platform to do is to give a written diagnosis after the booking was completed, to enable me to inform my garage of the work needed.
