Was,late rang told would be 10 mins was actually 25 mins late good job but if you need to be somewhere at a certain time don't use them as chances are you be late cos he will be late

Kevin was absolutely brilliant and I would recommend him to anyone. He was so thorough and was more interested in really looking at the car rather than just the 'time' that he was supposed to be here and was so knowledgeable and informative and I'm really grateful to him!

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST!He didn't turn up on the day we agreed or let me know until I phoned him so communication was an issue. However saying that he seemed incredibly knowledgable about his job and seeing it was a hybrid that he was working on I was more than pleased with what he did, I would DEFINITELY recommend this mechanic just make sure you keep a check on his arrival.

Kevin rang a few minutes before he was due to arrive to say he'd be late. Our time slot was 10-12 and he eventually turned up after 5pm. Having said that, he was knowledgeable and capable and got the work done so all in all we are pleased with his performance. Unfortunately I was supposed to be somewhere at 6pm and it made me 2 hours late. I would use him again but be very careful with what I had planned the same day.
