This was my second booking with Thomas and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. He arrived with all the parts he needed and fully explained to me what work he was going to carry out and the difference I could expect once the new parts were fitted. Add in Thomas’ friendly demeanour and clearly demonstrated skill and expertise, he was a pleasure to have round and my Vauxhall now purrs like a kitten (instead of a like a bunch of wrenches inside a washing machine on spin mode!).
