He tryed, and fixed my car at the end but plenty of space for communication improvment.

It takes over 2weeks from first appoitment for car to be fix. Not sure if its the app or system issue.But when I booked it for saturday nobody turn up. Nobody call.

On other side He recover the vehicle free of charge to his garage as he couldnt fix it next to my house.Once he got the car it was fixed in 2 days.
Just want a say Thank you for fixing my car Chris. And good luck in the future.

Chris was awesome, Professional, punctual and an all round great mechanic

Although a couple of hours late due to the fact he was running late from a previous job, he still turned up to do the job with my car at the end of thd day. Communication was good.
He performed an excellent job in good time.
All in all I would use click mechanic again.

Very good service and good communication throughout. Chris our mechanic kept us updated at all times and was very helpful. Also he came back to recharge the battery which really helped. Thanks.

Great friendly service Chris rung me to say he would be late as he was struggling to get the parts needed but said he was promised some for 2.00 and would be with me as soon as possible turned up at 3.00 like he said he would. Job was done in great time and now car suspension sounds like it should. I will definitely use click mechanic again and will be telling others.
