Darren introduced himself and got on with the job straightaway. He was able to tell us what was wrong with the car and the most efficient and effective way to resolve the issue. He did not put any pressure on us to get the work fixed immediately but gave us all the options and informed us that it was able to get fixed today. He provided us with a variety of quotes and after asking about price difference he was able to inform us about the most appropriate solution for us. We are very happy with the work he carried out.

I did not attend the inspection but report was thorough and Darren replied promptly to follow up e-mail enquiry.
