The level of detail was not up to the standard I would expect from the premium package. He went through the checklist and provided a good but generic report with a few photographs. Utimately I ended up not buying the car, because I test drove the car myself and noticed a persistent trim noise coming from around the steering wheel area. If he had reported that in the report, I would not have made the trip to the dealer at all.

Darren was on time and quickly got down to analysing the problem of the car not starting.
He worked through a logical sequence of possible causes, persisting until the car started.
He suggested a few remedies to help prevent the problem recurring.
Overall we were very pleased with Darren’s work & professionalism and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Darren was friendly and arrived on time. He text me shortly before arriving and I met him at the car I was looking to buy. He completed his inspection and took me through the main points that he had come across. I received my report shortly after he has finished his inspection and I was very happy with his service.

Darren was great as I wasn't present at inspection, so his phone call after and his report was of upmost importance, at the end of the call and reading the report felt confident making a decision regarding purchase, I don't like kicking tyres :)
