Good value for money service

Lataniel was great, extremely helpful.
The problem couldn't be fixed on the day, but lataniel had lots of useful ideas to resolve the issue.

Lataniel was excellent. He was efficient and discussed the problem with me. He offered solutions and I couldn't have been happier.

Very friendly and tried hard to figure out the problem, unfortunately a clear cut conclusion couldn't be reached that day (not his fault).

Completely satisfied. He was able to fix one of two problems on site with his diagnostic equipment. Having an american car, the second problem would have had to go for special diagnostic analysis to solve the intermittent fault and get it through the MOT, he set up the appointment for us. It so happened that the second problem disappeared, and we were able to get it through the second MOT without a problem.
Not having used ClickMechanic before I would definitly use them again and the price was very good, We didn't even have to take the car out of the driveway.

Confident knowledgeable and amiable with very good customer service skills. Extremely good communication skills by explaining all the operations of the electronic system's all descriptions were given in layman's terms to allow easy understanding of how it all works. Good concise advice given on repair procedures and relevant order of defect repairs . An extremely good visit by the technician which was most enlightening resulting in a most satisfactory conclusion.
