Lataniel was excellent. He was efficient and discussed the problem with me. He offered solutions and I couldn't have been happier.

Completely satisfied. He was able to fix one of two problems on site with his diagnostic equipment. Having an american car, the second problem would have had to go for special diagnostic analysis to solve the intermittent fault and get it through the MOT, he set up the appointment for us. It so happened that the second problem disappeared, and we were able to get it through the second MOT without a problem.
Not having used ClickMechanic before I would definitly use them again and the price was very good, We didn't even have to take the car out of the driveway.

Confident knowledgeable and amiable with very good customer service skills. Extremely good communication skills by explaining all the operations of the electronic system's all descriptions were given in layman's terms to allow easy understanding of how it all works. Good concise advice given on repair procedures and relevant order of defect repairs . An extremely good visit by the technician which was most enlightening resulting in a most satisfactory conclusion.

Lataniel was extremely helpful throughout the entire booking and repair process. He is very well spoken and likeable and kept me informed at every stage. When the repair was complete he showed me the areas that were worked on explaining in detail the work undertaken including pictures and advice for ongoing maintenance. Really pleased with the service, purchased vehicle Audi A3 2.0 tdi sport back.I had paid for additional diagnostics to check Turbo as these are £1000.00 to replace if faulty or any faults on vag. com, all came back clear the engineer even picked up the rear brake dustcover had perished.I would recommend these engineers AA or Rac inspections would cost around £165.00, the basic inspection starts from £78.00 with click mechanic the additional diagnostics extra cost was £20.00 -£30.00 the final cost £107.00 worth every penny clutch, gearbox or Turbo replacements or any Audi parts are a premium cost. The booking for inspection was very fast within 24hrs AA or Rac takes a few days so could move quickly on the purchase of car.
