Vauxhall Corsa Diagnostic Inspection

Simon was very pleasant but he didn't carry out any work. He took my car for a run and advised I probably needed a new thermostat. I was surprised and a little disappointed that he was not carrying one, as I had originally said the problem was no heat coming through. He came and left within 30 minutes.

I don’t normally carry specific parts for a vehicle unless I’ve been booked to carry out a job, as the booked apointment was for a diagnostics into the cause I didn’t bring any parts. I’m sorry if there was any confusion / you thought I would bring parts. I normally only carry bulbs, nuts and bolts and general parts that may be used on any vehicle.

Simon arrived just after 6:00pm and was polite and friendly. Ten minutes later the job was complete. Wipers are brilliant, no noise and no smears. Yes, if someone could have taken me to buy the replacement wiper it would have been a lot cheaper but there was no one I could ask and being disabled it's not possible to get public transport. Simon and Clickmechanic did me proud. Thank you all very much.

I then moved on into restoration of classic cars and ran a local village mot station alongside side doing servicing, mot repairs and general mechanical and diagnostic work on classic and modern vehicles.
From 2013 onwards I have worked mainly doing fleet contracts, repairing a fleet of vehicles for a large company covering all aspects of keeping the vehicles going and getting them back on the road, along side this I have looked after a private collection of classic and modern high end vehicles for a client for the past 11 years.
