Although the car could not be fixed Neil did a comprehensive diagnostic test on it to pinpoint the problem.

He knows his job which is great and I will always ask for him for any job on my cars

So much easier than taking the car to a garage. As far as I know the service was completed to spec. Never used before, but definitely preferable to taking car to garage where you don't meet the mechanic, which as a cynic, gives me confidence due to the personal responsibility.
