While no one accepted my booking because of the next day request. Russell offered me an alternative date and time which is convenient for me. He even brought two brands of brake discs and pads. Because I to noticed his message yesterday. Russell did a great job once again. Very good communication. He is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Russell was fantastic, not only did he answer questions and wait for my arrival he also advised on potential issues which he could have not discussed.
