Russell was fantastic, not only did he answer questions and wait for my arrival he also advised on potential issues which he could have not discussed. It’s more than a week now since Russell replaced my EGR Valve. What can I say, my car regain its performance and power from the time it was replaced. Russell is very knowledgeable and friendly.
