Great communication by George. I got a call a couple of days before the appointment to have an overview of the issues I was having, then another call on the appointment day before he arrived.
George diagnosed the issue very quickly and managed to help me to get the car up and running within an hour, he didn’t have to do this as it was only a diagnostic call out.
George was ultra efficient and very caring in wanting to get the car mobile again, and even gave me a call an hour after he left to make sure everything was still ok!….. you don’t even get that from a dealership ?
