Mechanic was fine. Clickmechanic had quoted for the wrong break pads?? Even though they had correct details of vehicle. At 7:30 am he had to go and get correct pads. Extra cost of £16

He even went above and beyond and videoed the underside of the van, which gave me a much better idea of what some potential issues might be.
