Mechanic was fine. Clickmechanic had quoted for the wrong break pads?? Even though they had correct details of vehicle. At 7:30 am he had to go and get correct pads. Extra cost of £16

Unfortunately now and again these mishaps happen with wrong parts, it’s not only an inconvenience to the customer but also to the mechanic who has a scheduled day ahead of him. If extra cost for parts is not covered, the mechanic will have to cover the parts for your vehicle himself and that’s not fair. I’m very happy your job was completed in the end and you happy with the overall result.
