Both mechanics were professional, helpful and friendly on arrival. They kept me informed from start to finish what they were working on . They also gave me advice and recommendations on how to keep the car running smooth in the future and also things I need to get addition checks on.

Christian was a pleasant and respectful guy as for knowledgeable I wont know until the faulty sensor has been replaced.

Cristian and his colleague did a great job, I was called before arrival and on arrival they got straight to the oil and filter change. Cristian offered that I could watch what they did, but I did not feel the need to be standing observing. Cristian showed me the oil level and that everything was correct. Their work was tidy with care taken to transfer waste oil to a container and to wipe things down in my engine bay, many thanks.i

Cristian was great. Really proactive, and arranged the appointment with the garage. He helped a lot and hopefully his report will help the purchase of the vehicle.

The mechanic was useless, it never done a throughout check, so many things were missed and never reported!
It is a waste of money if you going to use this service! i don’t think they are trained mechanics!

Did not repair the problem, skipped steps then refused to rectify when escalated through resolution centre declining warranty. Awful experience
