Friendly...prompt..knowledgeable...absolutely delighted with exact diagnosis ..at last ...said they would go and source the part on a easter Monday even though they were from stoke on trent ..replaced abs sensor on front left wheel ..all the numerous fault lights disappeared..he drove it and checked it ..I drove it and checked it...couldn't be more delighted...

Cristian was punctual and reliable. He called me the day before to confirm that I was booked in and then called when he arrived. Did a great job servicing my car and provided me with pictures which was a nice touch. Would recommend!
