Jason was great. He called the day before to confirm the time and the problem. Although he was later than he wanted to be he still arrived in the allotted time. Fixed the issue in about an hour. Brilliant. Wouldn’t hesitate to have him fix any issue on my car.

Yes I am happy with the service itself, I cannot say the same about the conduct - I was overcharged £70.31 without any prior communication of the price increase from the original quote I was given by ClickMechanic. Your support team has advised this amount is going to be refunded, but I am still waiting for this to happen, with no ETA provided.
