Mark from DK Autos was friendly, energetic and positive. He fully expected the repair to be done in a day. Unfortunately he was let down by his parts supplier. He and his assistant didn't finish till 3.00am and the car was delivered back at 8.00am next day.

Grateful for receiving the diagnosis on the vehicle which has enabled me to be able to receive a correct price in order to scrap the vehicle. Sadly the work required to get the vehicle roadworthy is comparable to cost of a new vehicle. Thanks again.

Very pleased with Mark other than he released the pre purchase summary report I paid for - to the organisation I was about to negotiate with - and they then sent this report to me within seconds to demonstrate how good the car was before I even saw the report myself. This destroyed any negotiating strength I could have had with the seller since they were privy to confidential information and knew the car had a good report. The purchase has not been pursued further.
