Very pleased with Mark other than he released the pre purchase summary report I paid for - to the organisation I was about to negotiate with - and they then sent this report to me within seconds to demonstrate how good the car was before I even saw the report myself. This destroyed any negotiating strength I could have had with the seller since they were privy to confidential information and knew the car had a good report. The purchase has not been pursued further.

Lovely man, seemed very honest and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Friendly and approachable, and easy to get in with. He struggled to find fault with the vechile I was buying, I knew he was doing a thorough job and pulled up little bits here and there.
