Very disappointed. I paid over £67 to be told it was an electrical problem and there was nothing he could do. I understand this, but surely ClickMechanic should have a system whereby if the mechanic is not able to deal with the issue then a referral could be made to someone in the operation who could help? As it stands I have been charged for unfinished work. I would have totally accepted a consultancy charge with more to pay on completion, but I'm back to square one.
RECOMMENDATION: ClickMechanic has a procedure where issues can be passed through the system to complete work, ie: "I can't help but here is someone who can".

New clutch fitted. Great communication, towed my car to their garage and brought it back when the work was completed. Great price and lovely guys. Would definitely use again. Car feels great to drive again.

David was knowledgeable and punctual and fitted me a new brake calliper very efficiently .

David was absolutely great! Came nice and early, told me roughly how long he expected the work to take, and then cracked on and got it done perfectly and speedily.

Nice guy, seemed to know what he was talking about. Thought it was going to be done roadside so was surprised when they took the car away.
