Appointment was due between 8 and 10 am. By almost 11, with no communication from Mechanic, I rang to be told that he was just around the corner. He turned up an hour later at 12 noon, 2 hours late. I asked how long it would take, to be told that the car would be back within 2 hours. The car was returned 5 hours later! The reason people use this service is for convenience and reliability. You need to get better at this, as well as communicating with your clients if you will not be there when you say you will.

I used Click Mechanic for my MOT and was happy with the results. The only issue that I had was that the vehicle was taken at 9.00am and not delivered back until 6pm, which meant I was without a car for the whole day. I thought that it would only take a couple of hours. Other than that everything else was fine.

Tony was a very nice guy. Unfortunately, my car failed its MOT, and £70 is a lot of money to pay for a failed MOT,

Car was booked for 8-10am pick up however was not collected until 415pm. I was not informed that not all work was completed and had to arrange for it to be collected the next day for it to be finished meaning the plans I had for my childrens birthday had to be cancelled-not impressed
