James arrived late due to traffic issues, but he did keep me updated with his location and estimated time of arrival.

James was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and talked me through the process my car had undergone, in simple terms. He also went out of his way to clean my entire engine bay up which was a welcome surprise! Would definitely recommend and use again.
