After last year's expensive MOT at Bushey Heath Garage, I needed a new starter and your expert mechanic Stuart Nisbett came to do the job and was so good that in appreciation, I booked this year's MOT with Click Mechanic too. I was delighted to see Stuart Nisbett again when he came to do the annual service and MOT. Needless to say, both the jobs were completed on time to the highest standard possible both in such a friendly and expert manner that I have rarely seen elsewhere. The work Stuart carried out was satisfying. The reason that I gave 4 star to the quality is that while test- driving the car he wasn't careful enough. The car's bottom hit the kerb as one tyre was on the road the other was outside of the road. (The road was blocked by a trcuk)

I gave 4 star to the comunication as he unnecessarily prolonged the discussion with the seller. Vehicle diagnostic device was saying there is cruise control, seller was saying there isn't. There should be a 3rd party to verify it as the car was a base model.(manual rear windows). I later called Toyota headquarter, gave number plate to them. I am very happy with my recent experience. Stuart will take the time to explain everything, very knowledgeable and honest person. Doesn’t suggest any repairs unless it’s necessary ( like other garages and mechanics would do, just to take your money..). Prices are reasonable and fair. I highly recommend!

After 4 hours of the inspection ,when I brought the car ,believed on the report ,on the way back home ,engine low oil pressure message appeared and need to shout down on the way back home.Dont know what inspection was carried out.

Stuart called me before hand about his arrival. He was very thorough. He also checked other bits and gave me the quote. And advised me on things that I need to be aware off. Great work .cheers
