Tim was brilliant, communication was spot on and he arrived exactly when expected. Everything was completed perfectly and he gave some recommendations for the future as per the quote for additional work. Very pleased.

He took the car away which was OK by me - not really a mobile service more of a collection service. Even though I had agreed to this I was uncomfortable with them driving the car 20 miles to their workshop due to my car having over heating problems - hence in need of a water pump.
