Will was great. However it did not help him with the wrong parts being ordered because the vehicle details taken from the basic registration no. do not give the full detail. The first email I received with the quote said MGF 1996 cambelt change, water pump etc - mine was the VVC engine with two cambelts which was then updated when I emailed the error but still the wrong parts were ordered. The parts ordering process needs to be more thorough in checking vehicle specific variants. Despite this Will's service and communication was excellent and I will use him again.

Yes, very good. Particularly impressed at the attempt to jump start after replacing the alternator belt and when that did not work, going to get equipment to give the battery a boost.
