The mechanic was very friendly and answered all my questions. He was extremely helpful to point out exactly what caused my car to fail its MOT so that I could get it sorted to get it ready for a retest. He also provided me with information about my car that probably would have gone unsaid by others and could have resulted in costing me a lot of money
