Bogdan arrived when he said he would - just a couple of minutes before the official booking time window. He looked over the task and got on with it while providing a brief but friendly and informative commentary on what he was doing. He finished well within the booking time window and made sure not to leave mucky marks anywhere. Apart from the test drive which was fine, I've used the car this morning for the first time since the repair and it's working well again.
