Phil, is without any doubt one of the most friendly persons I met so far. But the important thing is that he is extremly knowledgeable and invested. Meaning: he not just reads the error codes but actually goes a step further and thinks about what could have caused the error in the first place. Not every error needs to be solved by replacing the part. The solution can sometimes be more simple and cheaper at the end. To best descibe him: Dr. House of cars.
Be aware that I am just one person attempting to keep several people happy at once. No one client is more important than another, and jobs will be scheduled in a manner appropriate to their urgency.
