He phoned me to say he had arrived. He was polite and professional. He found the problem straight away and gave me options on the best way to get it fixed.

Mechanic was nearly 4 hours late from the time slot they had accepted they accepted between 10am and 12 and turned up at 2.45pm

Turned up without the correct parts to replace my coolant bottle so was only able to perform the pressure test said they would be back asap I just needed to drop them a message when to return I left 2 messages via the click mechanic dashboard and sent the exact same message to his mobile number that was on my emails in both I have also included my own mobile number as he said there was issue calling me before.

It's been nearly 72 hours not herd nothing

I have had to book the same job again for someone else to do which has ended me paying out nearly double the money so originally job was 165. 00 for pressure test and expansion bottle replacement

Was refunded 76 pound for the fact he did not have the correct bottle but was told he would also come back and finish the work.

So cost 90 pounds for a pressure test when I already knew what was leaking I just wanted to take the deal for the test to make sure I was correct.

Now paid 145 pounds for just the expansion bottle to be replaced tomorrow by someone else because I can't get hold of the mechanic.

So overall a job that probably was costing me 165.00 pounds has now cost me 255.00 nearly 300 pounds when money is tight enough as it is and I'm also trying to save the money for my timing belt which is around 440 pounds a good chunk of the the savings wasted because of this. Read more
