My car had a diagnostic check on Monday as it would not start. I was told it was the starter motor and would need to be towed to their garage on Tuesday morning as they would need to collect their recovery vehicle. I was also told that they would not be able to get my car back to me until Wednesday afternoon. I was surprised and delighted to receive a call from Correy a few hours after my car had been collected to say that they were ready to return it back to me and everything was working fine.

Correy arrived half an hour early and it did not take him or his colleague long to diagnose the problem why my car would not start. Unfortunately it needs a new part replacing and will have to be transported to their garage to be repaired. Overall I was satisfied with them resolving the problem with my car.

Correct was brilliant, did everything that was booked in and fixed my car.

Correy and team were great. Diagnosed a larger issue with my car and arranged for a new quote. Collected the car on time and dropped it back to me the same day. Upon inspection of the repairs (replacement exhaust sections) I could see a very neat and well completed job. No corners cut. I would use Correy again for repairs or service.

yes he found the problem quickly was polite and professional, thank you Correy

Very clear communication notably on parts / labour with investigation of car faults and corresponding costs.

I'm extremely happy with the work Correy carried out. He was on time, friendly, and very professional. I will definitely be coming back if I need anything done.
