Greg phoned before he arrived, it was to inform me that clickmechanic had misquoted the price of the brake pads, and asked if I still wanted to go ahead.
He arrived within the specified time, and cracked on with the job at hand, a very pleasant bloke, and seemed to be knowledgeable about what was needed to be done.
Will use the service again.

Gregg was really professional and helpful. He arrived on time after calling first. Diagnosed and got the car started within about 10 minutes. Needed a new fuel pump and he tried to source one for me. Really helpful in explaining the problem and what I could do to keep the car going for a while until I can get it sorted fully. Cheerful, (despite the pouring rain!) friendly and professional. Would def recommend.
