My normal garage did not have any free appointments for a number of week therefore I needed a water pump to be replaced quickly as my AUDI Q5 would have been out of action. Zoltan accepted the job and booked and kept me updated when he would arrive. He showed me the replacement part, explained what need to be done and job was able to be done on the driveway. The job was completed within the estimated time and Zoltan showed the fault on the old unit. All completed with minimal fuss and at home and now car now back on the road. Great service with easy booking process.

Zoltan arrived on time and explained the work involved (Timing Belt replacement on VW Polo). He showed me the parts he would be using and after the job was completed, the old parts removed.

Zoltan's communication was excellent. Contacted me once the booking was confirmed with ClickMechanic to confirm my booking directly and a time of arrival. Very friendly guy and showed me the oil and parts he'd be installing. Reminded me of the service book and offered to fill it out for me!
I asked him to inspect a strange noise that I had experiencing and he obliged to take a look into it.
He finished the work promptly and in good time. He solved the noise (which I was worried would be something expensive) and also inspected the car whilst he was in there, told me it's in great condition and that he checked over the common faults (nothing to worry about!)

Zoltan was excellent he diagnosed the problem and fixed it straight away fortunately it wasn't the ABS just a fuse . Explained why I was hearing a grinding noise and how to change a fuse for another time.

The mechanic was on time. Had done a good job on my car. Also would recommend to over people.
