Ollie called to advise he was going to be late due to the parts not being available at the correct supplier. Once he arrived, he got straight to work and was done within 2 hours, which included taking the car for a test run to ensure there were no issues with the brakes.
He also advised me to ensure I give the breaks enough time to bed in so no harsh driving for 50 miles and also confirmed if there were any issues to contact him immediately.
Super friendly, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing work done with the convenience of being at home
