Mark was extremely professional, and very friendly. He was right on time, and took time to identify issues. He also comes across as a person of integrity. From his first phone call, his whole approach was warm. It was an inspection/investigation of a problem, so I can't exactly comment on any 'work' done, but he certainly would be someone I would use and recommend.

I'm very happy with the work Mark did. It was a difficult problem to diagnose (car not starting) but he checked several things and is clearly very knowledgable. He got the car going and then carried out more checks to make sure the problem had really been cleared up.

I booked a buyers inspection at 3.30 in the afternoon and the mechanic turned up as scheduled between 8.00 and 10.00 the next day and provided high quality service and communication.

Mark was punctual, thorough and kept me up to date with what he was doing. He was outside my house working on the car for double the length of time that he charged for. I really couldn't be more impressed.
