Called ahead of visiting to advise an arrival time and double checked this was ok. Very knowledgeable and talked me through the job and also answered a few other questions I had about my car generally, for example when I needed to change my brake pads.

Very professional mechanic and recommended. He saved me a costly visit to a garage from the comfort of my home.
