James was spot on, great experience all round. Looked after our car and took the time to point out any other areas of concern

Found out yesterday my MOT was overdue. Also needed Timing Belt and Water Pump, Front Discs and Pads and a Major Service. After being allocated the job online, James came the next day and did all the jobs in one day. Kept up to date throughout, walked me through what he was doing at various stages and didn’t try to “up-sell” anything. Absolutely brilliant service and will certainly be using again! A++
