after ringing me to tell me he had availability earlier than my scheduled time he arrived 2 days earlier. The job I needed was much harder than expected but he still got his head down and did it. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very knowledgeable and definitely new his job. Unfortunately through no fault of his it didn’t fix my problem. He has told me what needs fixing and I will be booking him again to finish the other jobs.

Celio sent a text the day before to say what time he would be with me and then arrived just as he said he would.
He changed the wheel bearing on my car quickly and efficiently then waited for me to do a test drive to ensure I was satisfied with the work.
Very polite very professional couldn't be happier.

He was excellent despite the fact that he had been given the wrong battery to install. He promptly informed me, returned to Chelmsford to get the right battery and then returned to my home and installed it.

Cilio is a great mechanic and very knowledgeable. He couldn't have been more helpful, coming over to recommend what parts needed replacing two days before carrying out the work.
