I was booked in for Thursday, but he dropped me a message asking if I was free Wednesday morning instead, so the work was completed a day ahead of schedule and just a day after booking this service! Jose was terrific, great communication and service. He came to sort my brakes but also ended up dealing with an unexpected flat battery meaning I could get my car started without the need for a breakdown service. Couldn’t have asked for any more! 5 Stars!

Jose turned up on time, completed the job on time despite having to resolve the issue with the part supplier (1 brake pad missing from kit of parts). Jose was very courteous, kept me informed when he found out about the missing part and still managed to complete within the expected time frame. Very impressive.

A few days after the (front!) brakes were changed, my engineer reported that his brakes had failed and said the van was leaking brake fluid....what he didn't tell me was the issue was at the BACK of the vehicle - so nothing Jose had touched.

I called Jose to tell him what had happened, and he was with the van in less than two hours sorting out the issue (bearing in mind the vehicle, at this time was out of his areas covered).

Although the issue was not caused by the FRONT brakes being changed, Jose was quick to react and rectify the problem which we thought related to the front brakes.

I can honestly say, that this guys is one honest and reliable mechanic - which is pretty hard to find in my line of work.
