He was super professional at all times, very friendly and most importantly saved me a lot of money and hassle by not having to get my car towed to a garage. We had Juris come to look at a car I was potentially buying at Hilton Garage in Derby on Friday 14th July. When we arrived, we were told by the salesman and the receptionists that he has been exceptionally rude to them. Generally dismissive and abrupt. The salesman went out to the car to see if all was ok and he basically told him to go away and asked why he wanted to know. He was so rude that the manager refused to let him out with the car for a test drive or to see the service history. His attitude basically meant that I didn't feel as though I got the check I wanted and paid for.

Very friendly, bang on time, good communication with the exact time. Friendly service and good advise. Will be using again!
