I was at work when Shpetim came round to change the alternator in my Aygo, he called and updated me on the time he was going to arrive and was very prompt and on time. Although there was an issue with the part Shpetim had brought, he didnt waste any time ordering and a replacement and collecting it within the hour. Shpetim kept my partner updated every step of the way and was very professional and knowledgable and had the part fitted in less than a few hours.

Arrived early,after telephoning me to say he could come earlier Than scheduled.
Quickly diagnosed and sorted out my problem.

No, I am not happy at all. He found a stone in the brake disc on the front passenger side and removed it and said that if the squeaking carried on the I would need to get the brake pad and disc replaced and gave me a quote.

The car carried on squeaking and I took it to a local garage. ALL the brake pads and discs needed replacing and the back passenger side caliper was sticking out.

I paid for a diagnosis which I didn't actually get, just part of the whole picture.

I could have accepted his quote and had the front passenger side brake pad and disc replace and the car would still have been squeaking.

He clearly did not carry out a proper inspection on the car or he would have seen the caliper was sticking out and ALL the discs and pads needed replacing.

I would request a refund as he was paid to carry out a diagnostic check, which he clearly did not do properly. Read more

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Not pushy. We had a discussion on rear brakes and I understood that everything was currently OK but I would need to replace discs and pads in the furure, not just the pads. Job well done.
