Henry was great. He was happy to come sooner than I was able to book, communicated well and was perfectly on time

Henry was thorough from start to finish, both in his communication and completion of the job. He seemed to genuinely care about the quality of the car and gave me great peace of mind when he said he would be happy with his daughters taking the car home.

Henry also identified a functional service light and pushed for this to be resolved. When I contacted the dealership, they already had it organised to be resolved through Volvo.

I usually fly into England from Northern Ireland, inspect the car myself and drive it home, but as this car was further south, it was much easier to have it professionally inspected and then transported home.
