Marcus seemed like a very likeable guy when he came over to fit ny EGR Valve. He however was more than 1 hour late and I had to call him to find out where he was because the time slot was 10 -12pm but he was not there at 12pm. He did the job very fast and everything seemed good until I drove the car. I could hear a hissing sound whenever I'm accelerating between 1700 and 2200rpm. I texted Marcus if he could come and check what the noise was but never got a reply, I was willing to pay any charge because I thought it was an unrelated issue. I had to spend sometime going through a lot of youtube videos and in the engine compartment before I realised Marcus didn't tighted the hose going from the air filter to the turbo and this was causing the hissing sound as air escaped. A local mechanic got it tight for me. I gave him 2 stars for communication because I had to call him for him to tell me he was going to be late, a text from him saying that before I called would have been far better.
