On the whole we were pleased with the timing, detail and price for our vehicle inspection however, we were disappointed to find out that when we asked if the reversing sensors worked that the mechanic phoned the seller and asked them but more disappointing than that was the large patch of rust with a hole into the vehicle that was not reported and we paid £500 to have fixed after we had purchased the vehicle

Emile, is a very good mechanic, he explained what he’s going to do and when to expect him to return, as he had to get a part to effect a repair.

Yes Our mechanic listened to our problem found the fault very quickly explained and he showed me the issue and what was needed to remedy it. The price was agreed and the work will be carried out. We are currently on holiday so the service Click Mechanic was very much needed.

Emil was extremely pleasant and found the problem very quickly. He did his utmost to fix it but the radiator burst and no more could be done which was in no way his fault. I would have no hesitation in recommending Emil to carry out work.

Friendly and knowledgeable, and the cruise control worked again fine after about one hour 15 min. But the arithmetics were a bit off. The quote for showing up within 2 working days was £ 71.11 plus £10 extra for getting it done by today. After checking, the mechanic said he would be able to fix it today for an extra £50.00. I said OK. The final bill came to £148.11, which is £17.00 over the £131.11 that I expected. Not that I mind giving a tip for good work, but proper exact quotes are more agreable.
