Everything was perfect, Mick was on time, super helpful and got all the work done to a great standard

First time using clickmachanic Nd I wouldn't use them again. Paid the premium fee of £149 plus a further £15 for priority. Mick the machanic was great. Did everything by the books Nd was on-time. However... problem with the seller not handing over the keys for him to carry out inspection which resulted in no work carried out. He put job completed Nd charged me for it anyway. £164 for work that wasn't carried out. Of course I not only contacted the machanic but also clickmachanic to get my refund cause after all...I shouldn't have been charged. I was nice enough to say they could keep the £15 for the emergency call out cause after all. ..thats what the extra £15 was for. But nooo they want £40 cancellation fee. Still want paying for nothing.

Click machanic is almost impossible getting hold of. I've been trying to get hold of them since Saturday. Only replied last night Nd hasn't replied to me since. Had no issue getting hold of them up untill they charged me. Now they respond within days Nd not minutes.

If you do use the service... bare in mind that if anything was to go wrong with your seller Nd no work was able to be carried out, don't expect a full refund even though they tell you in their terms Nd condition that you would get full refund. that is a complete lye. Mick put job completed for something that wasn't able to be carried out. Just be careful is all I'm saying b4 using clickmachanic. You'll be best of using a much trusted service so then that way, is something unexpected was to happen regarding the seller or the machanic, your able to communicate fully without any hassle to be able to get back what's owed. But then again....the aa wouldn't have charged you for work uncomplete.

Mick sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. Very delighted with his work. Will use again.

Fixed the fan problem but said I needed a fuel sensor for the fuel pump, would get back to meon this.
Irecieved his quote for the work and would be in touch to set a time to do the job. Have tried ringing him, whts hap text but no response from him I have since had the problem rectified and will not be using this service again.
