Excellent service, I used the site to arrange a repair for my daughters car who is a student in York. She was stranded outside her accommodation with a failed clutch.

The repair was very reasonable in comparison to local garage quotations, and the mechanic (Andy) arrived on time. My daughter said he was professional and courteous.

Really impressed by Andy. He was friendly, helpful and informative. I felt completely confident having him repair my vehicle. He was an excellent communicator and clearly knows his stuff. I'd use him in a 'click' again!

Andy was able to pick up the job at short notice, communicated effectively throughout the process, and did the job as agreed. He was happy to talk through what he was doing with me (and my son who was interested) and provided reassurance throughout that he knew what he was doing.
A relatively straight forward job, but completed satisfactorily.

I would certainly use Andy again for future work!
