Dean was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, he kept me up to date with everything to do with the pre-purchase inspection on my new campervan and talked me through the report and minor issues. We had two phone conversations before and after the inspection so he knew what my concerns were, and was able to provide reassurance following the checks.
